Method
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of blue cheese dressing on each tortilla.
- Add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
- Top with shredded lettuce and cheese.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve with extra buffalo sauce or dressing on the side.

Serve with extra buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping, and feel free to add your favorite veggies for extra crunch.
