Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Stonefire Naan Bread or your favorite brand, plain or garlic
  • 45 ml Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce, use a good quality sauce
  • 60 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for best results, grate your own cheese
  • 4 g Fresh Basil Leaves adds fresh flavor
  • 5 ml Olive Oil optional, for brushing
  • 1 tsp Salt to season
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to enhance flavors
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Spoon your pizza sauce onto the center of the pre-toasted naan and spread it evenly, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, going all the way to the edges of the sauce.
  3. Add a small pinch of salt and black pepper over the cheese to season it.
