- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Toss with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and 2 tablespoons water. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Transfer cooked salmon bites to a bowl and toss with honey garlic sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
These bites are best enjoyed fresh, but you can also store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
