- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper on both sides.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Lemon wedges also make a great accompaniment to enhance the flavor of the cod.
