Ingredients
  

  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes if needed.
  2. Dry broccoli thoroughly after washing.
  3. In a bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Check for desired crispiness and cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes
