- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes if needed.
- Dry broccoli thoroughly after washing.
- In a bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
Notes
Dry broccoli well to avoid steaming. Do not overcrowd the basket for best crispiness. Add parmesan or lemon juice after cooking for extra flavor.
