  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved if large
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly, then cut into even-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Press coated potatoes into grated parmesan to coat all sides.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly grease the basket.
  6. Arrange potatoes in a single layer without overcrowding.
  7. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Cook an additional 2–3 minutes if needed until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.
