- Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly, then cut into even-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Press coated potatoes into grated parmesan to coat all sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly grease the basket.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Cook an additional 2–3 minutes if needed until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best crispiness. Dry potatoes well and avoid overcrowding for a perfect golden crust.
