- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.

- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Brown the meat, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Once the meat is cooked, stir in the diced potatoes, followed by the broth. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Next, pour in the heavy cream and add the frozen peas. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
