Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and all mozzarella. Mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
- Cool 2–3 minutes, garnish as desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Yields about 8 servings. Best served hot with chips, celery, or baguette slices. Prepare mixture up to 24 hours ahead for easy entertaining. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days or freeze unbaked for up to 3 months.
