  • 65 g protein powder vanilla or cheesecake flavor
  • 60 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 50 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Use an electric mixer or whisk to ensure smoothness, creating a luscious cream.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
  4. Add in the protein powder, folding until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs and a tiny pinch of salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  6. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Once rolled, place your protein balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
