  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • 120 ml marinara sauce
  • 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 g sliced turkey pepperoni or beef sausage choose your favorite
  • 30 g diced bell peppers any color works
  • 30 g sliced black olives
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional for heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly across the bottom of a small oven-safe dish.
  3. Spoon the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  5. Add the turkey pepperoni or beef sausage, diced bell peppers, and olives on top.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
