- Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend for 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
- Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed, then blend again briefly until fully smooth.
- Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a little more maple syrup or honey.
- Serve immediately for a soft mousse, or chill for about 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker texture.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, let the mousse chill for longer before serving. You can also top with fresh berries or whipped cream for added indulgence.
