Ingredients
  

  • 240 g full fat cottage cheese
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 45 ml maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 ml milk or almond milk optional, for blending

Method
 

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend for 30–60 seconds until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed, then blend again briefly until fully smooth.
  5. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding a little more maple syrup or honey.
  6. Serve immediately for a soft mousse, or chill for about 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker texture.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, let the mousse chill for longer before serving. You can also top with fresh berries or whipped cream for added indulgence.
