- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cottage cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Gently mix until just combined — don’t overwork it.
- Form into 6 equal patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve these patties with a side salad or in a sandwich for a tasty meal. You can also substitute the chicken with turkey for a different flavor.
