- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, and dried oregano until well blended.
- Add the cubed cooked chicken breast to the cottage cheese mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the top of the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce layer.
- Heat in the microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
- Let the bowl stand for 1 minute before serving to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
