Ingredients
  

  • 180 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 113 g unsalted butter melted
  • 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 g shredded coconut sweetened
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
  3. Mix sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar in another bowl, then pour over the cooled crust.
  4. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the filling is set and lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled coconut filling.
  7. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra touch, try using flavored extracts or adding chocolate chips to the filling.
