Ingredients
  

  • 36 g Golden Oreo cookies
  • 227 g cream cheese softened
  • 454 g white melting wafers or white chocolate
  • 30 g Christmas sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Add the Golden Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and stir in the softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the white melting wafers or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating, letting the excess drip off.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the lined tray and immediately top with Christmas sprinkles.
  8. Let the coating set completely, then serve or store in the refrigerator.
