Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 2 tablespoons crushed gingersnap cookies
  • Additional nutmeg for garnish

Method
 

  1. Measure and prepare all ingredients, allowing ice cream to soften for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add ice cream, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon to a blender.
  3. Blend on low for 15 seconds, then medium-high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour into two chilled glasses and top with whipped cream, crushed gingersnaps, and nutmeg.
