Ingredients
  

  • 1 each frozen ripe banana peeled before freezing
  • 150 g frozen cherries
  • 30 g cocoa or cacao powder
  • 120 ml non-dairy milk such as almond or coconut

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend til smooth. Note: You can add additional non-dairy milk as needed, depending on the power of your blender.
  3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl. Top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, and/or seeds.
