- In a bowl, combine chicken chunks with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, shallot, garlic, lemon zest and juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic, oregano, and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Assemble the bowls by placing grilled chicken, zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and warm pitas or naan. Serve with Tzatziki and optional hummus and lettuce.
