Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Ground Beef Choose lean ground beef to avoid greasiness.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Homemade or store-bought.
  • 113 g Cream Cheese Optional for richness.
  • 200 g Shredded Cheese Mix of mozzarella and cheddar.
  • 1 package Pizza Dough Or use crescent dough.
  • 1 egg Egg Wash For brushing.
  • to taste Optional Toppings Garlic powder, parsley, or sesame seeds.

Method
 

  1. Heat a splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until softened and fragrant, then toss in minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ground beef to the pan, cooking until no pink remains. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and add a splash of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar until well combined.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into 2-inch wide strips.
  6. Spoon filling along each dough strip, roll them up and seal tightly.
  7. Place taco sticks seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and parsley, and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
