  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. Melt butter gently in microwave or on stovetop.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Add banana slices and melted butter, then toss gently to coat.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F if needed.
  6. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Air fry for 4–5 minutes until caramelized and golden.
  8. Remove and serve immediately while warm.
