Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Any flavor of Oreo cookies works well for this recipe.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Ensure it's softened to room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts Candy melts are often easier to work with for coating than white chocolate.
  • 0.5 cup pink candy melts For the bunny noses and inner ear details.
  • 0.5 cup black candy melts For whiskers and other fine facial details.
  • 20 pieces mini marshmallows Slice diagonally to create pointed ear shapes.
  • 2 tbsp pink sugar sprinkles Optional, to add a sparkly finish to the marshmallow ears.
  • 1 marker edible black food marker For drawing the eyes on the bunny balls.

Equipment

  • Parchment Lined Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth. Chill briefly until firm.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment lined sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Melt white chocolate until smooth. Dip each chilled ball, letting excess drip off. Place on parchment to set slightly.
  4. Press marshmallow ears into pink sugar and attach while coating is tacky. Add noses and whiskers with melted pink and black candy melts, then draw eyes with an edible marker.
  5. Let everything set completely before serving or storing.
