Method
- Place the cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir gently until fully coated.
- Transfer to a large ziplock bag, add powdered sugar and salt, and shake until everything is coated.
- Serve and enjoy!
