Ingredients
  

  • 24 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 96 g instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 360 ml cold milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 ml heavy whipping cream for filling
  • 120 ml prepared whipped topping
  • 170 g semisweet chocolate chips
  • 60 ml heavy whipping cream for chocolate topping

Method
 

  1. Prepare the rolls for filling by poking a small pocket in each roll.
  2. Make the vanilla cream filling by whisking together pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Fill the rolls with the chilled pudding mixture using a piping bag.
  4. Make the chocolate topping by melting chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream in the microwave.
  5. Dip the filled rolls into the chocolate ganache and let set.

Notes

For a softer texture, serve the rolls right away. You can also refrigerate them for a cleaner look.
