  • 500 g Lean Beef Mince Can substitute with ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based options.
  • 4 medium Potatoes Slice thinly for best results.
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 30 g Spice Blend A mix of salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper Optional for added heat.
  • 120 ml Mayonnaise
  • 60 ml Ketchup
  • 15 g Dijon Mustard
  • 15 ml Pickle Juice
  • 120 g Shredded Lettuce
  • 100 g Cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack recommended.
  • 100 g Pickle Slices
  • 100 g Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs For a quick alternative.
  • 100 g Optional Toppings Avocado, diced tomatoes, or crispy bacon bits.

Method
 

  1. Prepare your vibrant spice mix by combining all the spices in a small bowl.
  2. Make your homemade chips by thinly slicing the potatoes, drying them, tossing with oil and half the spice mix, then baking or air frying until golden.
  3. Cook the beef in a hot pan with oil, breaking it apart and seasoning with remaining spice blend until browned.
  4. Whip up the tangy burger sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice until smooth.
  5. Assemble your bowls with a bed of crispy chips, fresh lettuce, seasoned beef, cheese, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle generously with the burger sauce and add your favorite optional toppings.
