Ingredients
  

  • 150 g chopped pretzels
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 113 g butter melted
  • 227 g cream cheese softened
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 720 ml Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • 595 g blueberry pie filling
  • 150 g fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pretzels, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix blueberry pie filling with fresh blueberries.
  7. Combine the pretzel pieces and blueberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture, folding gently.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for at least two hours before enjoying.
