Method
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the sides to overhang.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from microwave and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Warm the blueberry preserves for 15-20 seconds. Drop spoonfuls over the fudge and use a knife to gently swirl it into the white chocolate base. Do not overmix.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is completely firm.
- Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into 36 small squares and serve.
