Ingredients
  

  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 60 g vanilla protein powder
  • 40 g freeze-dried blueberries
  • 60 g cream cheese softened
  • 30 ml honey
  • 60 g almond butter
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it holds together.
  4. Gently fold in the freeze-dried blueberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  6. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
