- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Lightly toast your sandwich buns in the skillet or toaster.
- Spread the creamy sauce on the bun, place the salmon, and top with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Pair with chips or salad for a complete meal.
