- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder to create the special sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. Spread special sauce on each tortilla, then add seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
- Tightly roll up each wrap and secure with toothpicks if needed. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove toothpicks and slice wraps diagonally in half. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
