Ingredients
  

  • 450 g ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 100 g shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 75 g diced white onions
  • 60 g dill pickle slices
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 ml ketchup
  • 15 ml yellow mustard
  • 5 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and a pinch of garlic powder to create the special sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. Spread special sauce on each tortilla, then add seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  4. Tightly roll up each wrap and secure with toothpicks if needed. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast wraps seam-side down until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove toothpicks and slice wraps diagonally in half. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
