Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons water
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Place mayonnaise in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ketchup, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Whisk until smooth and evenly combined.
  4. Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Stir before serving.

Notes

Chilling allows the flavors to fully develop. Adjust water for dipping or drizzling consistency.
