Method
- Add mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice to a large pitcher and gently muddle for 30–45 seconds.
- Pour in white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk. Stir well to combine.
- Optional: Strain mixture for a smoother, mint-free finish.
- Fill four glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut mixture into each glass until about 3/4 full.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils and fresh mint sprigs before serving.
Notes
For best results, always use fresh lime juice and unsweetened coconut milk. Add sparkling water only at serving time to maintain carbonation.
