  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber diced

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub over steak and marinate 10 minutes.

  3. Slice steak thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
