  • 100 g Freeze-Dried Strawberries Avoid fresh strawberries.
  • 120 g Strawberry Cake Mix Vanilla cake mix can work as a substitute.
  • 120 g Powdered Sugar Adjust amount for less sweetness.
  • 120 g Golden Oreos, crushed Any favorite cookies can be used as a substitute.

Method
 

  1. Pour your Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl, ready to be transformed into a delightful treat.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil at 30-second intervals, stirring until perfectly smooth.
  3. Pour the luscious melted chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring gently until every single piece is thoroughly coated.
  4. Into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, combine powdered sugar, strawberry cake mix, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and crushed Golden Oreos.
  5. Add the coated cereal to the bag, seal it tightly, and shake until the chow is vibrantly pink and evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let it cool completely, about 15 minutes, allowing it to get wonderfully crispy.
  7. For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle with additional melted white chocolate before serving.
