  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a mini muffin pan.
  2. Whisk egg, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
