Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Add mayonnaise or Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add hot sauce and mix until fully combined.
  6. Transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until silky smooth.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chilling the sauce allows the flavors to fully develop. Adjust cayenne and hot sauce to control the heat level.
