- Add mayonnaise or Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Add apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and mix well.
- Stir in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add hot sauce and mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until silky smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chilling the sauce allows the flavors to fully develop. Adjust cayenne and hot sauce to control the heat level.
