Method
- Add cottage cheese, heavy cream, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend briefly again.
- Divide the mousse evenly into four serving bowls or glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with extra matcha powder or whipped cream.
Notes
For a keto version, replace honey with erythritol or monk fruit sweetener. Chill overnight for deeper matcha flavor.
