Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 sweet potato peeled and cubed
  • cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly oil a sheet pan.
  2. Arrange sweet potatoes on the pan, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange kielbasa among potatoes and brush with sauce, reserving 1–2 tbsp.
  5. Roast 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway.
  6. Add broccoli, toss gently, and roast an additional 5–10 minutes.
  7. Brush with reserved sauce and rest 5 minutes before serving.

For brightness and extra flavor, finish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
