Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly oil a sheet pan.
- Arrange sweet potatoes on the pan, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange kielbasa among potatoes and brush with sauce, reserving 1–2 tbsp.
- Roast 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway.
- Add broccoli, toss gently, and roast an additional 5–10 minutes.
- Brush with reserved sauce and rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For brightness and extra flavor, finish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
