Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the garlic and smash into a smooth paste using the flat side of a knife.
  3. Add the garlic paste to a bowl with the mayonnaise and whisk until fully combined.
