Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to about ½-inch thickness.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Spoon filling onto each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or twine.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken rolls 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer rolls to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Rest briefly, remove toothpicks, slice, and serve.
Notes
For best results, pound chicken evenly and avoid overfilling to keep rolls secure and juicy.
