Ingredients

For the Savory Beef Filling:
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Garlic Parmesan Coating:
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll each biscuit to ¼-inch thick. Place 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in center.
  5. Fold edges and pinch to seal, forming smooth balls. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic, brush over each bomb.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly on top.
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overstuff the dough—2 tablespoons filling is ideal. Brush garlic butter evenly for golden perfection. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, BBQ, or sriracha mayo for variety.
