Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tsp garlic powder divided
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans biscuit dough 16 total biscuits
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Drain grease, then stir in cream cheese and half the cheddar until combined; let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle and place 1 tbsp beef mixture and 1 tbsp cheddar in the center.
  5. Top with another flattened biscuit and seal edges firmly with a fork; place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Combine melted butter, remaining garlic powder, and 1/4 cup Parmesan; brush bombs immediately after baking.
  8. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure beef mixture is well-drained and slightly cooled to prevent soggy or torn dough. Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best melt and flavor.
