Ingredients
Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, 8–10 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pizza dough on a floured surface and stretch into a 12x10-inch rectangle.
- Sprinkle half the cheddar cheese over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Spread cooked beef evenly on top. Add remaining cheddar and all mozzarella.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the seam and ends to seal completely.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt butter and brush generously on top. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder.
- Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Allow beef to cool slightly before adding to dough to avoid steam pockets and sogginess.
