Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups refrigerated biscuit dough about 8 biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled, then drain excess fat.
  3. Scramble the eggs over low heat until just set and soft.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the dough to prevent bursting, and seal edges tightly for best results.
