Method
- Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.
- Add pierogies, sliced kielbasa, 3 cups broth, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 3–4 hours or LOW 5–6 hours.
- Warm cream cheese with remaining 1 cup broth until smooth.
- Stir cream cheese mixture into crockpot.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, whisk 1 tablespoon sour cream into the cream cheese mixture before adding to the crockpot.
