- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each ravioli in egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Press breadcrumbs firmly onto each piece.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange ravioli in a single layer in the basket.
- Lightly spray tops with oil.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
Use panko breadcrumbs for best crunch. Do not overcrowd the basket. Spray with oil for golden color and crisp texture.
