Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cotton candy
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 –3 tbsp milk
  • cups cotton candy candy melts
  • Extra crushed cotton candy for garnish
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in crushed cotton candy and chill.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt, then add eggs and mix into a dough, adding milk if needed.
  3. Flatten dough, add filling, seal tightly, and roll into balls.
  4. Freeze balls for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Heat oil and fry bombs until golden brown, then drain.
  6. Melt candy melts, dip bombs, and sprinkle with crushed cotton candy.

Notes

Freeze bombs before frying to prevent leaks and use finely crushed cotton candy for smooth texture and even flavor.
