  • 2 medium potatoes 400g total, diced 1/2-inch cubes

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dice potatoes into uniform 1/2-inch cubes; rinse in cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cubes.

Notes
