- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently lift the lobster meat and rest it on top of the shell.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet.
- Spoon garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Do not overcook lobster—remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F. Use fresh garlic and high-quality butter for best flavor.
