  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
  3. Gently lift the lobster meat and rest it on top of the shell.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  9. Place lobster tails on a lined baking sheet.
  10. Spoon garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
  11. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  12. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Do not overcook lobster—remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F. Use fresh garlic and high-quality butter for best flavor.
