Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place brie on the baking sheet and lightly score the top rind in a crosshatch pattern.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, orange zest, and salt until combined.
- Spoon cranberry mixture evenly over the brie.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until brie is soft and melty.
- Rest for 3 minutes, garnish with rosemary, and serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
For a lighter option, use reduced-fat brie or no-sugar-added cranberry sauce. Assemble up to 24 hours ahead and bake just before serving.
