- Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each slice.
- Roll tightly into small logs.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to create egg wash.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl for coating.
- Dip each roll in egg wash until fully coated.
- Cook in melted butter over medium heat, turning until golden on all sides (2–3 minutes).
- While hot, roll immediately in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy crispy, sweet perfection.
Notes
Do not overfill to prevent leaking. Roll tightly for best shape. Coat while hot so cinnamon sugar sticks perfectly. Best served fresh from the pan.
